In the Charlotte office, we employ five staff members.

Since 1984, John Bosworth has been involved in many facets of the real estate business. Mr. Bosworth is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. In a related real estate capacity, Mr. Bosworth is also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and is a Realtor member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association. Mr. Bosworth is a certified real estate appraisal course instructor with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission; at the present time, he is a faculty member for the Appraisal Institute.

Consulting services include market feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, and assessment analyses. Our primary focus is income analysis and valuation of multi-tenanted properties.
